i had this surgery 2 days ago and it was amazing no pain , everything goes well and i feel very good

Don’t look like simple surgery to me (layman) God help me please !!

My surgery had the gas needle inserted in a fourth hole not shown here, above and to the left of the navel. It pierced my stomach!! I spent nearly two hours in x-ray later that day being irradiated to take image after image.
